Company Requirements

EXPO fee: $250 (power & wifi can be added for additional $50 fee each by request; contact lana@venturemadness.com for details)
Must be actively seeking institutional round of funding
Must be in business for a minimum of 12 months (prior to October 2022)
Must be in-market & gaining market traction / demonstrating growth
Must provide company logo, website URL & company one-pager overview
Exhibitors are responsible for all other booth equipment and/or materials including setup and tear down

Showcase your solution during dedicated VM23 EXPO hours to meet & demo 1-on-1 with accredited investors
(1) Exhibitor Pass included with dedicated EXPO hours during Welcome Networking Reception, breaks & main event luncheon
Black table linen and basic company name signage (text only) at your assigned 3′ EXPO table (2 exhibitors per 6′ table)
NOTE: Power and wifi access at EXPO booths can be added for additional $50 per fee at checkout

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12 (WELCOME & EXPO KICKOFF)

10:00am – 3:00pm→ Exhibitor setup hours – 2nd Floor Foyer (NOTE: all setup must be complete by 3:00pm for review by Invest Southwest)
5:00pm – 7:00pm→ Venture Madness Conference Welcome Reception & VM23 EXPO (Location TBA)

HOW THE EXPO WORKS

What’s New for 2023?

We’ll continue our condensed, main one-day event format kicking off with our opening Welcome Reception & VM23 EXPO the evening before our main event day. The Reception will offer cocktails, hors’deouvres and networking time with attendees and Exhibitors.

On the big day, we’ll host approximately 300 guests including accredited investors and the dedicated EXPO hours during breaks and an extended lunch session. That gives you plenty of 1-on-1 discussion time to showcase your solutions.
