Our 501(c)(6) status as a nonprofit organization is organized for nonprofit purposes and reflects our altruistic mission of growing the collective knowledge base and connective tissue between the investor and startup communities. That rule extends to activities it engages in with its investor members, startup organizations, partners and business connections.
