Leading Us Forward: Karen Katzorke Appointed President & CEO of Venture Madness

After 20 years of dedication and leadership, we are pleased to announce that Karen Katzorke has officially assumed the role of President & CEO of Venture Madness. This appointment is a well-deserved recognition of her unwavering commitment to our mission. Karen has been instrumental in navigating the organization through numerous transformations, ensuring operational excellence at every turn.  Under her stewardship and the organization’s official transition in 2014, more than 200 companies have participated in the annual Venture Madness Conference, with 43%  of those securing funding and collectively raising an impressive $1.1 billion.

Karen’s influence is felt across every aspect of our conference, including hosting roughly 750 active investors and overseeing more than 10 conferences. Her passion, expertise, and dedication have been key to building Venture Madness into what it is today. We couldn’t be more excited for Karen to take on this new role and continue shaping the future of Venture Madness.
