For more than 30 years, this annual conference and expo is designed to bring investors with emerging growth companies. Exhibitors will:

The expo portion of the 2023 Venture Madness Conference will be open during the following dates/times (Times subject to change):

Where is the 2023 Venture Madness Conference & Expo held?

The 2023 Venture Madness Conference and Expo is held at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix. Interested in booking a discounted overnight room? The Sheraton Downtown Phoenix is offering Venture Madness guests a discounted rate of $319 per night (taxes and other fees not included). Click here to reserve your room.

How many guests will attend the 2023 Venture Madness Conference & Expo?

Approximately 300 guests including accredited investors (funds, angels, banks, private equity, etc.), service professionals and executives and other startups.

Is there a floor map?

A floor map will be sent to all registered exhibitors. Exhibits will be displayed in the Valley of the Sun Foyer, 2nd Floor at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix.

What’s included in the expo package?

A standard six-foot table with a black linen, company name and two chairs will be provided for each exhibitor. Standard power and wifi add-ons can be purchased for an additional fee (Power and wifi included with presenter, alumni and partner tables.

What should I bring to the expo?

Companies can bring promotional products, fliers, marketing materials, expo pop-ups and other general displays.

Who should I contact if I need additional power, furniture or other rentals?

Companies interested in renting additional furniture, power or other rentals through one of the following:

Where do I access the hotel elevator?

The hotel elevator can be accessed through the main lobby. Take the elevator to the second floor.

Where do I park?

An underground parking garage is accessible from the main hotel entrance from 3rd Street.

How many guests can I bring with me to the expo?

The exhibitor pass includes one complimentary admission. Up to 2 additional passes can be purchased for a discounted rate ($50 off standard Venture Madness ticket price). If you would like to register additional staff members, please reach out to Sandi Holderman at Sand@venturemaness.com for a discount code and registration information.

Can I lock up my items overnight?

While exhibitors are responsible for their items, there will be a place for exhibitors to store their items in a locked room overnight at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix. Exhibitors must place their items in storage at 7 p.m., immediately following the April 12th Welcome Reception & Expo. Items will be accessible just prior to the Breakfast and Expo on Thursday, April 13th.
