Are you a startup or emerging growth company interested in showcasing your product or service to investors?  Join us by registering for the 2025 Venture Madness Conference and Expo.  For more than 30 years, this annual conference and expo is designed to bring investors with emerging growth companies.  Exhibitors will:

  • Network with accredited investors from across the nation.  Click here to see some of our investors.
  • Highlight your product/service to an audience of approximately 300 attendees including investors, service professionals, key community leaders and other entrepreneurs.
  • Grow your brand awareness and increase your company presence.

Companies interested in participation in the expo must complete the following information no later than March 21, 2025. Space is limited!

FAQ’s

Where is the 2025 Venture Madness Conference & Expo held?
The 2025 Venture Madness Conference and Expo is held on level three of the Mountain America Stadium in the Lagunitas Lookout, Tempe.

How many guests will attend the 2025 Venture Madness Conference & Expo?
Approximately 300 guests including accredited investors (funds, angels, banks, private equity, etc.), service professionals and executives and other startups.

Is there a floor map?
Exhibits will be displayed on level three of the Mountain America Stadium in the Lagunitas Lookout, Tempe.  A floor map with booth assignments will be sent to all registered exhibitors.

What’s included in the expo package?
All expo packages include an 8′ setup including:
– Six-foot table
– 2 Chairs
– Pipe and Drape
– Standard Wi-Fi
– Standard Power
*Please note that due to extremely tight space, we ask that all exhibitors stay within the parameters of their booth.

What should I bring to the expo?
Companies can bring promotional products, fliers, marketing materials, expo pop-ups and other general displays.

Who should I contact if I need additional power, furniture or other rentals?
Companies interested in renting additional furniture, power or other rentals should contact the following:

Where do I park?
Parking is available in Lot 59 of the ASU campus. When driving westbound on Rio Salado Parkway, turn left at either of the Marina Heights entrances to enter the Lot 59 parking lot. Park anywhere within the Lot 59 boundaries, and enter the stadium. Parking fees apply to some locations, ($12 to $14 per day).  See the Parking Map.   See the Elevator Map.

Will a dolly or cart be provided?
All exhibitors/vendors should provide a cart/dolly for their setup.

Can I lock up my items overnight?
While exhibitors are responsible for their items, the exhibit room will be locked overnight beginning at 7 p.m. immediately following the Welcome Reception + Expo. Items will be accessible just prior to the Breakfast and Expo on the day of the general session.
