Are you a startup or emerging growth company interested in showcasing your product or service to investors?  Join us by registering for the 2024 Venture Madness Conference and Expo.  For more than 30 years, this annual conference and expo is designed to bring investors with emerging growth companies.  Exhibitors will:

  • Network with accredited investors from across the nation.  Click here to see some of our investors.
  • Highlight your product/service to an audience of approximately 300 attendees including investors, service professionals, key community leaders and other entrepreneurs.
  • Grow your brand awareness and increase your company presence.
Companies interested in participation in the expo must complete the following information no later than March 8, 2024. Space is limited!

The expo portion of the 2024 Venture Madness Conference will be open during the following dates/times (Times subject to change):

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Exhibitor Set-Up
4:30 p.m.: Exhibitors stationed at tables
5:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Venture Madness Welcome Reception + Expo

FAQ’s

Where is the 2024 Venture Madness Conference & Expo held?
The 2024 Venture Madness Conference and Expo is held at The Clayton House, Scottsdale.

How many guests will attend the 2024 Venture Madness Conference & Expo?
Approximately 300 guests including accredited investors (funds, angels, banks, private equity, etc.), service professionals and executives and other startups.
Is there a floor map?
A floor map will be sent to all registered exhibitors. Exhibits will be displayed in the Rafters Room or Foyer at The Clayton House, Scottsdale. See Floor Plan.

What’s included in the expo package?
A standard six-foot table with a black linen, company name, standard wi-fi and two chairs.

What should I bring to the expo?
Companies can bring promotional products, fliers, marketing materials, expo pop-ups and other general displays.
Who should I contact if I need additional power, furniture or other rentals?
Companies interested in renting additional furniture, power or other rentals through the following:

Where do I park?
For the expos set-up, exhibitors have no more than 30 minutes to unload. Exhibitors should park at the back of the building (P1), and walk the sidewalk to enter on the NORTHEAST side of the building. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, exhibitors should park in (P4). See parking map.

Will a dolly or cart be provided?
All exhibitors/vendors should provide a cart/dolly for their setup.

How many guests can I bring with me to the expo?
The exhibitor pass includes one complimentary admission. Up to 2 additional passes can be purchased for a discounted rate ($50 off standard Venture Madness ticket price).  If you would like to register additional staff members, please reach out to Sandi Holderman at Sandi@venturemaness.com for a discount code and registration information.

Can I lock up my items overnight?
While exhibitors are responsible for their items, the exhibit room will be locked overnight beginning at 7 p.m. immediately following the Welcome Reception + Expo. Items will be accessible just prior to the Breakfast and Expo on the day of the general session.
